For 11 years I coached women and girls to defend themselves and set strong boundaries. Along the way I saw that so many carried deep underlying blocks that kept them from a more powerful, compassionate version of themselves.

I came to understand that illness, ailment and emotional strife all stem from unconscious emotional blocks — so I sought a method of healing that reaches the root. What I found was Divinely handed to me: a method of Energy Healing 100% rooted in Torah and the belief in One G‑d, the Source of all healing. In 2023 I certified as an Energy Healing practitioner — and the rest is history.
